Include the Budget Comments in your Report Bundle
Report on Comments
If you have comments on your budget values, you may wish to provide these comments as an addition to your Report Bundle. Comments need to be marked as Reportable for them to come through to the Budget Comments report.
NOTE đŹOnly the initial comments that have been flagged to Show on report (orange indicator) will be reported, replies will not be included
From the Reports > Builder Screen, search for the report called Budget Comments. See Select Report Template for search instructions.
Set the Report Criteria to include the Business Unit/s to ensure that the data is included in the report, Accounts are displayed using the Original Account Tree.
To add this to a bundle, click SAVE at the top right, see Add a Report to a Bundle for full details.
