Can I include Budget Comments in my reports?

Budget Comments can only be included in the Report Bundle using the <a href="https://helpme.calxa.com/en/articles/15892705-report-on-budget-comments">Budget Comments report</a>.

You do need to flag the Comments as reportable in the Budget screen for these to appear in the report:

Orange icon indicates this comment will show in the Report

1. Click on the 3 Dots menu
2. Select Show on Report
3. Orange icon indicates this comment will show in the Report

NOTE 💬Only the Initial comment will be reported, not replies or reactions.

You can click on the 3 Dots and choose Edit to update the Initial comment, if that is appropriate.
