If Budget Import is stuck on Verifying Data, this indicates that Calxa is not happy with the data in the attached spreadsheet common problems include:
The formatting of the spreadsheet
Cells should be General
If there are blank lines or columns within the data set
These need to be removed
Using a report style spreadsheet that has headings
Export a Template to use for import
Copy your data into the Template matching the Accounts and Business Units
Choose the new file on the Import screen.
If all looks well, test importing using just the account numbers and business unit numbers only, mark other connections to NONE on import screen and check to see if that works.
Review the imported data to ensure the correct information is entered in the Budget version.
If all is well import the rest of the Budget.
