If the owner or primary billing contact on your subscription is no longer with your organisation, these roles need to be transferred to another user.
If you have access to the existing owner / primary billing log in, log into Calxa and Transfer the Ownership.
If you are unable to access, send an email to: helpme@calxa.com advising:
Person who is named as the owner / primary billing contact currently and no longer with your organisation
Advise who this should be updated to
Minimum required details for all contacts are:
First Name
Last Name
Email address
