Instructions to change the name of your Organisation or Company as it appears in the Calxa Reports

Sometimes it may be necessary to refresh the name of your organisation so that it appears correctly in the Calxa Reports.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Billing & Admin -> Manage Organisations
    ​

  2. Click on the ellipsis to the right of an organisation name, then select from the drop-down:

    1. Rename organisation - Overtype the Organisation name and Abbreviation as required

Note 💬 Only Owners or Co-Owners will be able to make this change in Calxa
