On the Comment, click on the 3 Dots menu, to the right of the Authors name, then choose Resolve comment. 

Once the comment is marked as Resolved, it will display a green circle with a tick mark:

The default Filter Comments setting is for Resolved comments to not show, if you wish to review a resolved comment, toggle the setting to green to <b>Show resolved comments</b>
