Sometimes there are Budget values in the report which are not in the Budget screen. Occasionally it appears that there are 'Ghost amounts' in the reports, as the accounts do not show in the Budget screen.

This can happen if there is a value that is being held on an inactive account, or in an inactive Business Unit.

This most commonly happens if last year actuals have been used as source data for the budget, and the account and /or business unit was active in the prior year.

In the Budget screen, you can toggle inactive on and off by using the letter 'I' on your keyboard, if you have the accounts as rows it will show/hide inactive accounts, and if you have selected an Account and are showing Business Units as rows, it will show/hide inactive Business Units.
