In the Budget & Actuals screen there are a number of options for Layouts, and Calxa will open where you were last working. This can sometimes cause confusion and you can lose your way back to the usual Accounts view.

Select Accounts, Business Units or Metrics by Month, Quarter or Year. This determines what rows of data you see for the selected item and the period range for each column.

Note: If you edit amounts in Quarterly or Yearly columns, the data will be saved to the underlying monthly periods. Values will be split proportionally according to the existing data.
