Add a Scenario to a Report in a Bundle

How to update your existing report/s to include a Scenario

You may have a report already in a Bundle that you wish to add a Scenario to the existing budget. The quickest way to do this is by bulk update from the Options Menu:

  • Navigate to Reports > Bundles > Choose your Bundle

  • Tick the boxes of the Reports in the Bundle that you wish to update

  • Click the OPTIONS Menu > Configure

  • To the right of the Budget Version > Click the Scenario drop down

  • Tick the box of the Scenario to be included

  • APPLY CHANGES and Run the Bundle to review

This change can also be made in the individual report by clicking CONFIGURE

  • This will take you to the Report Builder Screen

  • Data Source > Budget Version

  • Click Scenario dropdown to select by ticking the box

  • Refresh Report

  • Once you are happy, SAVE at the top right to update the Bundle
