Accept a Subscription Transfer Request

You have received an email asking you to take ownership of a Calxa Subscription

Calxa will send an Email to the person who is being invited to take over the Subscription Ownership. They can choose to either Accept Transfer Request or Decline

  1. Click Accept Transfer Request to go to the Join Calxa website, and fill in your details including a Password.
    ​

  2. Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, tick the box to confirm and then JOIN CALXA


    ​

  3. Calxa will send a 2-Factor Authentication code to your email address, copy and paste the code into the screen.​
    ​

  4. This will take you to the Welcome Screen, complete your details in the card as appropriate with the Address and click NEXT

  5. Choose a payment option as preferred and click SUBSCRIBE NOW, then enter the payment details and SUBMIT

  6. You will now be in the Billing & Admin section of Calxa where you will see your workspace and can now choose to:
    ​

  1. Users - Review current user access and remove if no longer required

  2. Invite a User - Invite any additional users that may now need access

  3. BACK TO APP - Navigate to the Calxa App Dashboard
