If the actuals in Calxa don't appear to match Xero
Check the file is correctly sync'd up to date?
Run a Trial Balance in both Xero and Calxa
Run at the Organisation level
Use the Original account tree
Check the Xero report is for a complete period, from the first to the last day of a month.
Do you use Multiple currencies in Xero to record transactions? If so you may need to turn on Multi currency settings for Xero Unrealised Gains to be included in reports.
