In some reports like the Where Did Our Money Go or Bank Movement analysis you may wish to hide the Non-Cash accounts like Depreciation Expense and Accumulated Depreciation. With the flexibility of Account Trees you can group these accounts together in a Summary Only row, which will then be hidden as a Zero value row.

  1. Create an Account Tree for this specific use case.

  2. Create a Header with the Summary Only property enabled.

Tip: 💡add Discrepancy to the name so if the non-cash accounts don't balance you'll clearly see there is a Discrepancy on your reports.

  3. Allocate all your Non-Cash accounts to this header.
