The new Calxa Loan Wizard allows you to quickly and easily incorporate loans into your budgets. The wizard will do all of the complex calculations for you and will automatically update your budgets with principal and interest payments for the life of the loan. Reports in Calxa calculate variances with favourable/unfavourable logic. This means an unfavourable variance is displayed as a negative value. The Balance Sheet with Projected Total vs Budget and Balance Sheet Revised vs Approved reports were reporting variances for equity accounts incorrectly with favourable variances as a negative value.
