After years of promoting the benefits of linking Calxa directly to your accounting system, we have responded to many requests. You can now create an organisation in Calxa without a connected accounting system and either enter actuals directly or import from Excel. After the first release of the Loan Wizard a couple of weeks ago, we've received feedback that limiting the loan account selection to liabilities means some users can't use this wizard. We've removed the restriction and now support Assets and Liabilities for the loan account and Income or Expense accounts for the interest account. In addition to this you can now also enter a negative loan to support lending as well as borrowing. See the Loan Wizard help article for more details.
