Sign into the Calxa Online app via a supported browser of your choice, with the web address https://cloud.calxa.com. You can also click the Sign In button at the top right of any page on the Calxa website to sign in.
Enter your Calxa email address and password and click Sign In.
Please note all sign in requests are redirected to this domain: login.calxa.com

To keep your data safe, 2-Step verification is required. Click Send Code to verify and we'll send a code to the email address you used to sign in.
See 2-Step Verification to add additional verification methods such as SMS or an Authenticator App.
Enter the Verification code we've sent to your email address and click Verify Code.
Note: if you do not receive the code you can check your junk folder or try the Send new code option.
Tip: to skip the 2-Step verification next time, check the Trust this device for 30 Days option before continuing. (See Below)
When verification is complete click Continue to sign in.
Trust this device for 30 Days: To Save the identity you will need to allow the browser to save the Cookie for login.calxa.com. Check the browser settings to ensure it is allowing local data to be saved. Go to Browser Settings > Privacy > Cookies / Browsing Data > Look for Clear Cookies / Clear browsing data or a similar option. You will need to allow the browser to save the Cookies for the device to be trusted. See 2-Step Verification for more details.
Additional Sign In Providers
In addition to signing in with your Calxa credentials you can optionally at any time sign in using your Xero, QuickBooks or Microsoft login credentials.
To use an alternate provider you must first approve the additional Linked Login Accounts. Sign in with Calxa credentials to approve and link the new login account.
