From the Calxa Sign In Page click the Forgot your password? link.

Enter the Email address you use to sign in and click Continue.

To keep your data safe, 2-Step verification is required. Click Send Code to verify and we'll send a code to the address you used to sign in.

Enter the Verification code we've sent to your email address and click Verify Code.

Once verification is complete click Continue to proceed to the change password step.

Enter your New password and confirm your new password then click Continue.

You password change is now complete. Click Done to proceed to the Sign in page.
