Linked Login Accounts

Also known as Single Sign-On, linking login accounts allows you to sign in to Calxa with your Xero, QuickBooks or Microsoft credentials.

For security reasons you need to sign into Calxa then link your alternate accounts before you can use them to sign in.

  1. First Sign in to Calxa then browse to Settings -> Billing & Admin -> Linked Login Accounts.

  2. To link accounts click follow steps under these headings
    Sign in with Xero
    Sign in with Intuit
    Sign in with Microsoft

  3. Already linked accounts will be shown as follows. To unlink an account click Unlink Account.

Sign in with Xero

Click the Sign in with Xero button and sign in using your Xero login credentials.

The first time you use this option you'll need to Allow access to your user account information.

Sign in with Intuit

Click the Sign in with Intuit button and sign in using your QuickBooks credentials.

The first time you use this option you'll need to Authorize Calxa to access your account information.

Sign In with Microsoft

Click the Sign in with Microsoft button and sign in using your Microsoft account. Please note we do not support Personal Microsoft accounts and therefore you must sign in with your Work or School Account which is generally associated with but not limited to Microsoft 365 services such as Office 365.

The first time you use this option you'll need to Accept the permissions requested by Calxa.
