Metrics in Calxa provide a way to add additional data beyond your financial chart of accounts. In additional to manually adding Metrics you can Import Metrics from a spreadsheet. In this help article we'll look at exporting them to Excel or CSV files where you can edit further and re-import.
Navigate to Budgets & Cashflow -> Budgets & Actuals -> Budget Tools -> Export.
Select your Organisation from the Selected Organisation dropdown.
Select the Data source to export, Actuals, Budgets or Scenarios, click the drop down arrows to view and select the required version, as well as the required Business Units.
Choose Metrics as the Amount Type.
Set additional options as required including the period range, and click EXPORT.
