Metrics in Calxa provide a way to add additional data beyond your financial chart of accounts. In additional to manually adding Metrics you can Import Metrics from a spreadsheet. In this help article we'll look at exporting them to Excel or CSV files where you can edit further and re-import.


  1. Navigate to Budgets & Cashflow -> Budgets & Actuals -> Budget Tools -> Export.

  2. Select your Organisation from the Selected Organisation dropdown.

  3. Select the the Actual or Budgets source as well as the required Business Units.

  4. Choose Metrics as the Amount Type.
