Metrics in Calxa provide a way to add additional data beyond your financial chart of accounts. In additional to manually adding Metrics you can Import Metrics from a spreadsheet. In this help article we'll look at exporting them to Excel or CSV files where you can edit further and re-import.
- Navigate to Budgets & Cashflow -> Budgets & Actuals -> Budget Tools -> Export. 
 
 
- Select your Organisation from the Selected Organisation dropdown. 
 
 
- Select the Data source to export, Actuals, Budgets or Scenarios, click the drop down arrows to view and select the required version, as well as the required Business Units. 
 
 
- Choose Metrics as the Amount Type. 
 
- Set additional options as required including the period range, and click EXPORT.
