Tip 💡in Excel use Find & Replace to remove a dash (-) from number formats

Quick to to help update the number formatting in an Excel file.

  • Select the column to update

  • Open Find & Replace

  • Find - (Enter the dash only)

  • Replace (leave blank)

  • Choose Replace All
