If you already have a Comparison Report in your Bundle and would like to include either additional organisation/s or business unit/s.
Additional Organisation
Add the Organisation to Calxa
Update the Consolidated Group to include the new organisation
Run the report to check if the report automatically includes the new organisation
Additional Business Unit
Check that the new Business Unit is available in Calxa, if it has just been added you may need to run a Sync to bring that through
Update the Business Unit Tree the report is using to include the new Business Unit
Run the report to check if the report automatically includes the new Business Unit
If the Report does not update automatically
The best result will be to construct the report again in Calxa using a Preconfigured Comparison template:
Navigate to Reports > Report Builder > Select your Comparison Template:
P&L Comparison (Multi-Column)
Balance Sheet Comparison (Multi-Column)
Cashflow Forecast Comparison (Multi-Column)
Trial Balance Comparison (Multi-Column)
Choose the settings in the Builder screen and refresh the screen to review the report. Once you have updated to the new preconfigured template, Calxa will automatically report based on the Consolidated Group or Business Unit Tree selected.
Once this is all correct, you can then SAVE to your report Bundle.
The new report will add to the bottom of the list in the Bundle, either remove or toggle off the old report and then drag the new one/s into position using the up/down arrows on the left of each new report tile.
