You cannot remove 2-Step Authentication, as it is a requirement for security reasons.
There are options which can improve the experience:
2-Step Authentication can be easier if you add SMS or an Authenticator App
Give every user their own log in so they can easily use SMS or an Authenticator App, rather than relying on emails
There is no extra charge for additional users
