To be able to order KPI's / Metrics they need to all be the same thing, so convert the Metrics to a KPI by adding in a new KPI that refers directly to the metric.

Then put them in the preferred order in your list of KPIs, you can add a Group and then order them within the Group to display in that preferred order.
