If the primary owner or billing contact on your subscription is no longer with your organisation, the account ownership need to be transferred.
If you have access to the existing owner / payer log in, log into Calxa and Transfer the Ownership.
If you are unable to access, send an email to: helpme@calxa.com advising:
Person who is named as the owner / payer currently and no longer with your organisation
Advise who this should be updated to
Minimum required details for both contacts are:
First Name
Last Name
Email address
