The Owner / Payer is no longer with our organisation, how can we update this?

If the primary owner or billing contact on your subscription is no longer with your organisation, the account ownership need to be transferred.

If you have access to the existing owner / payer log in, log into Calxa and Transfer the Ownership.

If you are unable to access, send an email to: helpme@calxa.com advising:

  • Person who is named as the owner / payer currently and no longer with your organisation

  • Advise who this should be updated to

  • Minimum required details for both contacts are:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email address
