Improved: Xero Business Unit Combinations

We have enhanced the Business Unit Configuration to support combinations that include the Unassigned tracking category option from Xero. Previously, syncing the intersection of two business units was not possible if one was marked as Unassigned. With the introduction of transaction sync, we can now build this data, allowing for this configuration.
