New: Add Xero Organisations in Bulk

When adding Xero organisations to Calxa, you can now select more than one organisation. This will connect and import all the selected organisations to the same workspace. This is a great timesaver when connecting multiple organisations in a group or multiple clients to the same workspace. See Add a Xero Organisation for details.
