To cancel a subscription to Calxa, you will need to be the Payer for the subscription, and log in online with those credentials.


Sign in to Calxa and Navigate to:
โ€‹Settings -> Billing & Admin -> Billing

This will open the Billing Management screen in a new browser tab

1. On the right hand side click the Ellipsis and choose Cancel Subscription from the drop down list

4. Click the drop down menu and Select your reason for cancellation from the list.

5. Once the reason is selected the Cancel Subscription button will colour and you will need to click to confirm you wish to cancel. If you do not want to cancel, click the GO BACK.

6. A confirmation of cancellation email will be sent to the Billing contact's email address in due course. This could take up to 24 hours on a normal business day, and longer after hours.

7. We will retain your data for 2 years so that it's all still there if you ever need Calxa again in the future. Please advise us if you do not want us to keep anything.


Xero App Store Subscriptions

If you have subscribed to Calxa through Xero you will be directed to Xero > Subscriptions. The update will need to be completed by the Xero Subscriber for your account.

To do this directly in Xero, click on the Connected Apps Icon

Then in Xero navigate: Manage app connections > Calxa > Cancel Subscription.
