Settings -> Billing & Admin -> Manage Organisations
This will open the Admin screen in a new browser tab
Click on Add Organisation in left menu.
Your current usage is displayed. This is the number of organisations you have connected from the maximum available.
If required adjust the new capacity. You can increase the capacity by multiple at this point to avoid processing multiple upgrades when you intend to add multiple organisations. See Calxa Pricing for details on any additional charges.
Select the Workspace where you would like to add your organisation, then click the NEXT STEP button.
Click on the MYOB button.
Choose MYOB AccountRight & New Essentials and click CONNECT.
If you have not yet connected your MYOB ID click Add new MYOB ID
Sign in to MYOB
Authorise Calxa to access your MYOB account
Choose your ID from the Select an existing ID list.
Your online library of organisations will be loaded. Click ADD THIS ORGANISATION next to the organisation you would like to import.
Choose import settings and click BEGIN IMPORT.
What do you want to import?
Category: if you need to report and budget by your MYOB categories in Calxa then turn this on.
Job: if you need to report and budget by your MYOB jobs in Calxa then turn this on.
Include MYOB Budget: at this point you can import your MYOB Budgets as a starting point.
The import progress will be displayed until the import is complete.
Note: 💬 The time taken to import depends on your chosen import settings and how much historical data exists in MYOB. Some imports may take less than a minute while the other extreme may be 20 minutes or more.
When the import is complete, set your preferences by selecting them from the drop-down menus in each section. Click ALL DONE when finished.
Note: 💬 all preferences can be changed later if required.
When complete you will be brought back to the Workspaces menu.
To add another organisation repeat the process.
Or click OPEN WORKSPACE to go and budget and report on this new organisation.
