Once you have selected a report template the report Builder screen will open. This screen is where you will set your report criteria and run individual reports.
In the Builder screen you will see a preview of your report on the right and the report month selector at the top right.
In the grey banner, click the drop down either to select another template, or from a Bundle select the other reports in the bundle.
REFRESH after adjusting the criteria selected, to update the values in the report
SAVE the Report to a Bundle
Click the ellipsis ... for the options to Publish report or Customise template
There are display, export and print options shown in the toolbar above the report preview:
Navigate between the pages of your report and go to the beginning and end pages
The + and - and drop-down allow you to zoom in and out. The button to the left of that toggles you back and forth between multi-page and single page views.
The first printer icon below will print your entire report. The second printer icon prints the current page.
The drop-down allows you to export your report in various formats (PDF, XLSX, RTF, MHT, HTML, CSV, Image).
The search button enables you to search for particular text or words within your report.
Push the report to a full screen view, and collapse again using the inverse icon.
You'll find the following buttons below to the right of the report preview. They allow you to:
Expand to full screen, whilst keeping the criteria controls
Push to a new browser tab
Set export options
Search the report
View a document map
