Workspace User Permissions may restrict visibility for some users

If you have Partial Access as a Workspace User, you may receive a notification from a Budget Comment, but then not be able to see all or any of the cells the comment relates.

In order to be able to view a Budget Comment, and the cells referred to, a User MUST have Budget Edit Permission (green) for the Business Unit in question.

User Permissions can only be <a href="https://helpme.calxa.com/en/articles/5272487-set-user-permissions">accessed or changed</a> by an Owner or Co-Owner in the Workspace.

You may have received a Budget Comment notification, but when reviewing you cannot see the cells of data that it relates to.
