The order of Calculation Rows, Metrics and KPIs in a report may not be the same as it appears in the Account Tree. They will be displayed by the following preset order when they are designated to the same Account Header Location in the Account Tree.
Default Order
If they are all added to the same Header Location then the order they will be displayed in the report is:
Calculations - in Alphabetical Order, then
Metrics in order of Metric list, then
KPIs in order of KPI list
Tips to re-order
Calculations can be ordered by naming alphabetically
Or you can add a prefix number to the LABEL for Calculation setting
Metrics and KPIs can be re-ordered in KPIs & Metrics screen
Please note this will then apply to all reports using the default order
Turn a Metric into a KPI to order within the KPI section
You can create a KPI that refers to a Metric value, to then display as a KPI and order with other KPIs
Additional Location Headers
Additional HEADERS can be added
Number the Headers to create the order for your additional information
Attach Calculations, Metrics or KPIs by setting the Locations as required
Headers will NOT appear in the report, unless you assign Accounts to them
