New: Export and Import Business Unit Trees

We've now implemented the ability to export and import business unit trees. This can be useful for taking backups, sharing trees between workspaces or making bulk changes in a spreadsheet for updating in Calxa via the import. After a number of customers requests, we've tweaked the shrink rows capability on reports to reduce the minimum row height to 40% and also allowed changes by increments of 1%.
