Shrink Report Rows is a simple display settings that allows you to condense Calxa reports by shrinking all row heights.

Occasionally you may wish to condense your report to fit on one page or perhaps you've got a very long report and wish to minimise the number of pages the report will span.

  1. First Set your Report Criteria

  2. Then find Display Settings at the bottom of the criteria on the left and set the Shrink Rows property to a desired percentage between 40% - 100%.
    ​

  3. Refresh Report to see the results.
