If a user cannot generate a report they may have restricted permissions.
If a Report criteria e.g. Business Units in the Business Unit Tree includes items they do not have permission on, then the reports will not generate for them.
Steps to Resolve Permission Issues:
Verify your current permissions with your administrator or through system settings
Request permission updates if your current access is insufficient
User type of Co-Owner removes restrictions and allows for full access to data if that is more appropriate for the user
Ensure that users have the correct permissions to access the required information and ensure that Business Unit Trees / Account Trees allow for those permissions
