Error message saying KPI has been Deleted?

Calxa runs by background identifiers, not what is displayed on the screen. The KPI may have been deleted and a new one created, however, using the same name will not include it in existing report selections.

  • De-select the KPI in the Report > Builder screen,

  • Refresh the screen using Ctrl + F5

  • Select the new KPI

  • Refresh the report to check it now runs correctly.

Note:

If you are using inline KPIs in an Account Tree, you will need to remove the old KPI and add the new one in the Account Tree.
