To include a capital cost in reports for a Business Unit:
In some of the Reports, you can Toggle on Asset accounts
Alternatively, add the asset accounts into the P&L section of an Account Tree.
Add a header after Net Profit (give it a higher number) for Capital Costs
Allocate the relevant Asset account, eg Office Equipment at Cost
Then add a calculation for Net Profit minus Capital Costs
