New: Account Tree on Account Analysis
The Account Analysis Report now allows you to choose an Account Tree and select it's header accounts in place of a single detail account. This report can therefore now be used to provide a summary of multiple accounts rather than just detail accounts. In addition you can now also report on an organisation group.
Improved: Edit Subscription on Add Organisation
We've simplified the billing process associated with adding new organisations. Previously you needed to first edit the subscription capacity and then add a new organisation. There were also limitations with only the main billing contact being able to edit the subscription capacity, however now any user with Owner or Co-Owner privilege can simply add an organisation and we'll automatically adjust the subscription capacity accordingly.
Improved: Xero Tracking Category Labels
Now when adding a new Xero organisation to Calxa, Business Units will be labelled as per the Xero Tracking Category names. Previously the default names were Department and Project but you could amend those names after import.
