Group and Organise Report Bundles

A guide to grouping and organising your report bundles.

Over time it's quite possible you'll create a large number of Report Bundles. Perhaps you've got bundles for multiple clients, separate bundles for different stakeholders or just lots of variations. In this help article we look at how you can get organised with the group and sort options available for Report Bundles.



Add New Group

  1. Navigate to Reports -> Bundles.

  2. Click Add New Group.

  3. Enter Group Name and Position then click ADD NEW GROUP.

Order and Group Bundles

Drag and Drop the Bundles in different groups and required order.

​Note: πŸ’¬ you can also change the group a Bundle is assigned to via the ACTIONS menu. Click ACTIONS next to RUN BUNDLE and select Edit Bundle Information.

Tip: πŸ’‘click the settings cog next to the group name and select Sort Alphabetically as a short cut to arrange bundles alphabetically within the Group.​


Rename Group

  1. Click settings cog next to the group name and select Rename Group.

  2. Enter a new name and click RENAME.
    ​


Reorder Groups

  1. Click settings cog next to any group name and select Reorder Groups.

  2. Drag and Drop to appropriate order and click SAVE NEW ORDER.
