Occasionally the authorisation tokens we use to connect to QuickBooks may become invalid or revoked by a user in QuickBooks. In this case we'll no longer be able to connect to QuickBooks and the sync process will fail. As such you will need to reauthenticate or reconnect Calxa to QuickBooks.
Reports ->Report Tools -> Organisation Sync
Settings -> Organisation Settings -> Organisation Sync
Identify the Organisation you wish to Reconnect in the list of Organisations shown and click the Connect to QuickBooks button.
Note: if you see Sync Now instead of the Connect to QuickBooks button, and you organisation sync isn't working, you will first need to click the 3 dots menu and select Disconnect.
Sign in to QuickBooks, select the company you wish to reconnect and click Next.
Confirm you're connecting the correct company and click Connect.
