Calxa started in 2008 with the aim of simplifying complex financial reporting for small businesses, accountants and not-for-profits. Over the years we have built a rich app with many useful features. It started as a desktop application but has been a full cloud app for a number of years now.

Integration

The key to making life easier is linking and extracting the accounting data. Connecting directly with popular accounting apps like MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks Online is the first step in reducing time.

NOTE: Other accounting systems are supported by using a manual organisation in Calxa and importing data from a spreadsheet.

Automation

You are able to schedule regular and timely updates from your accounting data. Auto-delivery of your monthly report puts them straight in your inbox. If you don’t have time to work out your own budget, Calxa can build this for you.

Flexible Reporting

Not only can you choose from over 150 report templates but you can easily re-arrange the chart of accounts tailoring the output to suit your audience. For the power user, the in-built report designer opens up another level of customisation.
