All new Report Builder, Bundle Kits and User Permissions

The Report Builder menu is now active, allowing you to run a selection of reports in the new Calxa Online designs. Bundle Kits have been updated to use the same new template designs and we snuck in an extra kit - Accountants Reports, as a great starting point for your client reporting. Rounding out the changes in this update is the full User invite and permissions process.

New: Report Builder

A complete redesign of Calxa report template styles and user experience has been released. Currently it only supports reporting at the Organisation level, but we’re proud of what we’ve completed so far, and have put the builder out for you to try.

Under Reports you’ll find the new Builder menu where you can select from approx. 30 new report templates. These are the same great reports from the desktop app but in new and modern styles. Business Unit or Cost Centre selection is still to come along with another 90 or so template designs, so watch this space for more updates.

New: Set User Permissions

Invite a Subscription Co-Owner to access all resources in your subscription or a Workspace user to set only what Features, Organisations and Business Units you want them to work on. The Admin portal, where User management and Workspace management occurs in Calxa, is only accessible to Subscription Owners and Co-Owners. This is where you get a great overview of all your Workspaces, Organisations and Users.

New: Bundle Kit - Accountants Reports

This new Bundle Kit, titled Accountants Reports is inspired by BankLink and is a great basis for client reporting. All reports here are in our new modern template style.

Improved: Bundle Kits use new Report Template Designs

In the last release, we introduced Bundle Kits. These kits were a straight copy of the desktop apps Bundle Templates, but we’ve now updated the kits to use our modern online template designs.
