Report Bundle Document Editor and view your subscriptions in the billing portal

Edit or Add documents to your Report bundles with a familiar Document Editor experience right in your internet browser. We’ve also introduced the beginnings of a new self-service billing portal and made a few other improvements.

New: Document Editor

The Document editor allows you to add full page documents such as cover pages to your Report Bundles or inject rich text as notes into the header or footer of reports in your bundle. You’ll find it to a be similar to MS Word and you can edit existing documents or add new ones from the Bundle screen.

New: View Subscriptions

Subscription is the first of the Billing sub-menus. Currently the Subscription menu supports viewing a list of all your subscriptions with summary information, including next payments, connected Workspaces, Users and Organisations. As a billing contact you can set references for each subscription. As a subscription owner you can also rename a subscription.

Improved: User Profile Menu

The User Profile menu is accessed by clicking your name in the top right corner of the browser app. From here you can switch between workspaces and access both the Admin and Billing menus. Billing is only accessible to users marked as the billing contact on a subscription and Admin is only accessible to those marked as the Subscription Owner or a Subscription Co-Owner.

Improved: Report Builder Default Criteria

We’ve setup new default criteria for each of the currently available report templates. These defaults are based on the most commonly used options and are designed to make it easier to add reports to Bundles with the correct date requirements for future use.
