Additional options added to the Admin and Billing portal plus Doc Editor is now live.
On the Admin and Billing portal we’ve added a new menu, to view all organisations, across all workspaces completing this section. The Billing section now includes the option to update your payment details.
New: Organisations Menu
Under the main Admin menu there is now an Organisations sub-menu. This menu shows a full list of Organisations across all your workspaces with options to Synchronise, Reconnect, Rename and Delete all in the one screen. Many of these options are available directly in a workspace but this screen allows you to clearly see your full list of organisations and perform these admin tasks in one location.
New: Manage Payment Details
We’ve extended on the previous release where we introduced the Subscriptions menu by adding Payment Details to the Billing area. It is here that you can update your billing address and credit card or direct debit details. With payment details now complete we can start working towards full control of your subscription, including upgrade/downgrade and managing additional users or organisations.
Fixed: Document Editor Cross Browser Support
After releasing the new online document editor, a couple of weeks ago we’ve had feedback about the behaviour in different browsers. There were issues with using Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers which have now been resolved.
Improved: Sign-In for Billing Contacts
Now when a billing contact who does not also have access to a Calxa workspace signs in, they will be directed straight to the Billing portal.
