Maintenance release including a number of bug fixes.

Fix: Actuals on Deleted Accounts in QuickBooks

When balance sheet accounts with prior balances were deleted in QuickBooks Calxa did not correctly identify the adjusting entry that reduced this account balance to zero. Thus causing a discrepancy in the balance sheet. This issue has now been resolved.

Fix: White Screen when Switching layouts

Some users were getting a white or blank screen when switching between organisations or layouts in the Budgets & Actuals screen. The cause of this issue has been identified and fixed.

Fix: Where Did Our Money Go? Multi-Org

When consolidating multiple organisations the "How this affected your bank" section did not correctly apply the Consolidation rate. This report now balances correctly for multi-org consolidations with consolidation rates applied.
