New: Business Units as Rows
Transform traditional Profit & Loss reports into Functional Profit & Loss statements by classifying income and expenses by Business Unit. This powerful new feature combines the flexibility of Account Trees with Business Unit Trees, enabling you to analyse financial performance by Business Unit within a conventional P&L layout.
Access this feature via the Advanced Criteria option located near the Account Tree selection in most reports. You can now choose whether each section of the Account Tree displays accounts or business units as the detail rows. Account Type filters have also been moved into Advanced Criteria, allowing filtering by custom account headers, not just standard account types. Plus, with enhancements like the ability to show or hide KPIs, you no longer need to maintain two separate Account Trees, one with KPIs and one without.
New: NetSuite Customers & Jobs (Projects) Integration
Calxa’s NetSuite integration now supports Customers & Jobs as a business unit category. When you enable the Projects feature in NetSuite, Actuals can be tracked against both customers and job. Calxa will now map Actuals data from NetSuite, against your Customer and Job list, unlocking a new dimension for budgeting and analysis.
