To make changes to an existing NetSuite integration navigate to:

  1. Settings > Billing & Admin > Manage Organisations

    • This will pop out into a new Admin Tab

  2. From the Admin tab select Enterprise Integrations > Oracle NetSuite > Edit

Update Account & Client ID

The Account ID and Client ID can be edited directly after entering the Edit NetSuite integration.

  1. Update values as required and click SAVE CHANGES

OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Certificate

The OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of creation. Once expired they will need to be replaced.

View Certificate Expiry

Certificate expiry can be found in NetSuite.

  1. Navigate to Setup->Integration->OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M) Setup

  2. Identify the previously issued certificates and note the VALID UNTIL column

Revoke Certificate

Certificates can be revoked from this same menu but note this is irreversible. Once a certificate has been revoked a new certificate must be generated in Calxa and uploaded to NetSuite.

Update Certificate

To update the certificate ID or replace/renew the OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Certificate, click UPDATE CERTIFICATE.

Update current certificate

Use this option if you have the same certificate previously downloaded from Calxa and just need to update the Certificate ID to match NetSuite. This option does not generate a new certificate.

  1. Enter the Certificate ID and click SAVE CHANGES

Replace certificate

Use this option if your existing certificate has expired or has been revoked in NetSuite.

Warning: ⚠️ This option will generate a new certificate, voiding the previous certificate. The new certificate must be uploaded to NetSuite by a NetSuite Administrator.

  1. Click DOWNLOAD to download a new certificate
