Notes to assist you making changes to an existing MYOB Acumatica connection with Calxa
Reconnect with MYOB Acumatica
Occasionally you may need to refresh the connection enabling you to Sync MYOB Acumatica data through to Calxa, navigate to:
Reports > Report Tools > Organisation Sync
Click the Reconnect to MYOB Acumatica to restore the connection
Update nominated Equity Accounts
MYOB Acumatica records the Current Year Earnings and Retained Earnings accounts as Liability type accounts, however for the Calxa reports to generate correctly we need them to be nominated as Equity accounts. Should it be required to change the account allocations for the Equity Accounts in Calxa:
Settings > Billing & Admin > Manage Organisations
This will pop out into a new Admin Tab
From the Admin tab select Enterprise Integrations > MYOB Acumatica > Edit
Then you can reset the Accounts as required by clicking the drop down arrows and selecting the correct account/s
Once you have selected a change, the SAVE CHANGES button will turn to Green and you can click SAVE CHANGES to confirm the update.
Endpoint Version
On occasions it may be necessary to update the End Point Version that is nominated in the settings:
Settings > Billing & Admin > Manage Organisations
This will pop out into a new Admin Tab
From the Admin tab select Enterprise Integrations > MYOB Acumatica > Edit
Copy the new Endpoint Version from within MYOB Acumatica and paste into the cell or overtype and click SAVE CHANGES
Updating other MYOB Acumatica Credentials
All other settings on this screen are locked. If further changes are required then a full reconfiguration is required with new information being generated in MYOB Acumatica to populate the values.
Settings > Billing & Admin > Manage Organisations
This will pop out into a new Admin Tab
From the Admin tab select Enterprise Integrations > MYOB Acumatica > Edit
Click RECONFIGURE MYOB ACUMATICA
This will take you to the Configuration screen
