Troubleshoot a Blank Sign In Screen

Occasionally you may only see a Blank Screen when attempting to sign in

If you're experiencing a blank screen after attempting to sign in to Calxa, there are a a few ideas you can try to resolve the issue:

  • Click the Ctrl+F5 keys together to fully refresh and clear your Cache

    • On a Mac use Command + Shift + R

  • Try logging in using an incognito window in your browser

    • If the incognito window works, you can use this method temporarily.

  • Alternatively, try using a different Browser to log in with

    • If that does not work, try signing in on another computer, this may help to diagnose if it is a local problem on your computer
