Save reports and bundles with all of their data at a point in time. This will allow you to confirm in Calxa what a particular report or bundle contained at the time you originally distributed it. You can set up a folder structure in Calxa to organise your published reports.

Publish a Bundle

To publish a bundle, go to the Bundles screen and run the bundle.




After the bundle runs and generates, click on the Publish Report button at the top right of bundle window to publish the bundle.




The Publish report dialogue box will open. Enter a name for the bundle into the Name field, then select the Folder you would like to add it into from the drop-down. You can also create a new folder here if preferred. Click Publish.




Publish a Report

To publish a report, first select a report template, set the report criteria, then click the Refresh button to preview the report.




After the report is refreshed, click on the ellipsis to the right of the Refresh button.




Select Publish Report from the drop-down.




The Publish report dialogue box will open. Enter a name for the report into the Name field, then select the Folder you would like to add it into from the drop-down. You can also create a new folder here if preferred. Click Publish
