Have you have clicked on Sync now to update the organisation data from your accounting system, but nothing is happening?  Or has your automated workflow failed?


This can happen when the integration to your accounting system has been disconnected. You will not be able to sync your company data with Calxa while it is disconnected, and any automated workflows that sync your accounting data will also fail. 


You can resolve this issue by reconnecting to your accounting system.
